At Connections With Christ, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products. Since all items are produced on demand through Printify, we only accept returns and refunds in specific cases outlined by Printify’s policies.
We accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives with printing defects, damage, or an incorrect design due to a production error, you may request a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong product or size due to an error in production, we will cover the cost of a replacement.
Unfortunately, Printify does not accept returns or refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check the size chart before placing an order).
Normal wear and tear, or improper care of the product.
Lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Contact Us First – Email us at contact@connectionswithchrist.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
We Submit a Claim to Printify – Once we verify the issue, we will submit a claim through Printify on your behalf. Printify requires all claims to be submitted within 30 days of order delivery.
Printify’s Review Process – Printify will review the claim and, if approved, will issue a replacement or refund. If a replacement is sent, no further action is needed on your part.
Refund or Replacement Processing – If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. If a replacement is approved, a new item will be printed and shipped at no additional cost.
If the return is due to a defect or error in production, Printify covers the cost of the replacement or refund.
If a return is requested for any other reason outside of Printify’s policy, we may be unable to process it.
